What is Exclusionary Coverage, and how does it compare to a factory warranty?

Exclusionary Coverage is the highest level of protection available through EazeDrive’s Vehicle Service Contracts. It is comprehensive and similar to your original factory warranty, with very few exclusions — which is why it’s often called “Bumper to Bumper.”

Is the coverage available for all vehicles?

We cover a wide range of vehicles, including fleet and commercial vehicles, ride share, and medium-duty trucks. We do not cover exotic sports cars. We cover most Mercedes-Benz and BMW models, but not AMG or M Series.

Is the service contract backed by a reliable insurer?

Yes. Coverage is backed by an “A” rated insurance company.

Can I finance the contract?

Yes. We offer a 0% financing option through Line5.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time, for any reason. Refunds are based on your time of ownership.

What additional benefits are included?

Trip interruption reimbursement, 24/7 roadside assistance, and transferability are all included.

Is an inspection required?

Vehicles within 1 month or 1,000 miles of the 36,000-mile OEM warranty do not require an inspection. Vehicles outside the OEM warranty require an inspection, road test and ECM reading. Existing failures are not covered.

Is my warranty transferable?

Yes. You can transfer it to a third party in a private sale for a $50 transfer fee. If you trade the vehicle in, the warranty is cancelled and the unused portion is refunded.
